当施設はペット滞在可能ですが、ペットについては１階のみでの管理をお願いしており、２階(寝室）へのペットの出入りは大変恐縮でございますがご遠慮いただいております。
２階(寝室）にて大きな汚れや破損などある場合、クリーニングや修復費用等ご請求させていただく場合がございます旨、何卒ご了承ください。

冬期間中は夜間就寝時でも一階ストーブをつけたままお過ごしください。
※就寝時、一階エアコン暖房はOFFとしてください。

夜間外出時は、一階のエアコン暖房をつけたままの状態でお出かけください。
※水道管凍結防止のためご協力よろしくお願い申し上げます。

１階・２階同時にエアコンをONにしますとブレーカーダウンの可能性がございます。
エアコンについてはどちらか一方のみの利用にてご協力お願い申し上げます。


During winter, please leave the stove on on the first floor even when you go to bed at night.
*When going to bed, please turn off the air conditioner heating on the first floor.

When going out at night during winter, please leave the air conditioner on the first floor on.
*This is to prevent water pipes from freezing.

If you turn on the air conditioners on the 1st and 2nd floors at the same time, there is a possibility that the breaker will go down.
We ask for your cooperation in using only one of the air conditioners.
